C2F2 to Close on June 30th

C2F2 has been not just a blessing, but something that changed my life forever.  I am turning 65 on June 30th, and will stop providing ministry outreach as of that date.  
I now know that God is taking my life in a new direction, and am so thankful that he has let me live this long to see what lies before me.

When I started C2F2 I knew three things:
  1. Something was fundamentally wrong with my life.
  2. Something was terribly missing in my life.
  3. I was very miserable inside and desperately needed something to change.
My deepest, heart-felt thanks go out to so many who trusted me, and God, to do what we could to help others.  In the process, God changed me forever. And yes, all three things that were so troubling at the start of C2F2 have been replaced with things of God.  I am so thankful to Him, His son, and you.

C2F2's Most Important Lesson

Who runs your life?  You, or God?

Over the past 13 years God has put a great many people in my path, every one of whom brought something for me to learn. Here is the summary of this journey:

Human beings live in one of five levels. They are:
  • Level 1 - Just a man or woman.  No awareness of God, nor any recognition of the need for God in their lives.
  • Level 2 - A Godly man or woman.  Something happens along their life path that triggers a spiritual awakening. A great many people spend their lives at this level.
  • Level 3 - A Person of God.  The Bible says many are called, but only a few a chosen.   These are the chosen few.  But my experiences have shown that many of the chosen still try to live their lives by what they think is right, asking God to help them along the way. But sooner or later God shows all of them the next level.  A humbling, but most beautiful experience.
  • Level 4 - God's People.  These relatively few have chosen to reverse their most innermost priorities, and let God lead their lives in all aspects.  They try their up-most to do what God needs them to do, rather than what they want to do.
  • Level 5 - Being Christ-like. Once you get to level 4 you quickly realize that following the teachings of Jesus Christ translates into asking yourself many times each day, "Of all the choices in front of me, which would be most pleasing to God and His Son?"
So who runs your life? The only, true path to peace and joy is to "Let God Lead."
